So many of you have asked where are we living for the next 24 days until we leave Louisiana so I figured I would take a few pics and show ya around our new "home." I probably should have taken the pics before we moved in all our crap and had stuff everywhere but of course I didn't think about that then, so please ignore all the stuff hanging out. Plus I was too lazy to move everything out of the way so you get to see exactly how we are living!!
We are in base TLF(Temporay Lodging Facility) will be staying in TLF once we get to Germany as well. Every time we move from base to base we stay in TLF. We have a bedroom, living room, dining room, and a small kitchen, when I say small, I mean small! However, it is cheap compared to a hotel off base, and we have a maid!
Okay here are the pics.

Bedroom, it's a pretty good size, it even has a large enough closet big enough to hold all my luggage, plus one of Rob's suitcases and my carry on! There is also a dresser with a flat screen TV and HDMI hookup, which is important, since we have the kinnect and PS3 can't live without those! We have a separate entrance to the bedroom door as well as an entrance to the main living area.
Part of the bathroom, tub and toilet are in a separate area. This area is what separates the bedroom from the living area, AKA the kids room.
Living room area. Couch pulls out to a full size bed. And that is R.J.'s bed for the next month. Luckily for him he is young and not old and creaky so his back can handle it! Ashleigh sleeps on a rollaway bed that hides in the corner of the bedroom during the day.
Dining area. The main entrance is right behind that column on the right side. It's nice to have a dining table and still be able to sit down and have dinner together during this hectic time.
Desk and T.V. in the living room. As you can see it is all filled up with our stuff and we have made ourselves at "home!"
Yep that's it, the whole kitchen. That is where I cook dinner and bake cookies. Had to buy the smallest itty bitty cookie sheet I could find, but I made cookies in that baby oven. It is small but sure beats having to eat fast food all the time.
Well that is a tour of Barksdale AFB TLF our "home" for the next 24 days. Hope it gives you an inside look into our daily life!
