I am a little behind on my blog posts but I am going to attempt to catch up over the next few days before school starts back up and I head back to work and start cleaning and organizing for our move on base. I will start with Thanksgiving. For those of you that know me, know that Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite holiday EVER. I like to cook and Thanksgiving is my time to cook everything! Being in Germany makes our turkey days a bit smaller than normal but for some reason I just don't know how to cook on a small scale. I try I really do but we still end up with wayyy too much food. This year was no exception. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal cooked by me and my wonderful helper Ashleigh.

Ashleigh always helps clean the turkey out! |
It was a bit of a bittersweet Thanksgiving since we know that next year Robert won't be home for Thanksgiving. I managed to make it most of the day without shedding a tear and we had a fantastic meal and then headed over to our friends the Moreno's for dessert. I hope you enjoy the pictures of our lovely dinner, we obviously enjoyed taking them!
